When is the last time you cleaned the IAC? It can build up carbon over time and restrict it's movement or stop it altoghterwhich will adversely affect your idle. You having surging problems I assume. Get a vaccum gague and check your intake manifold vacumm some where close to your T/B. You should have at least 15 inches of vaccum at idle with a E-cam, if not you might have a leak, ANY un-metered air entering the system will confuse the computer and cause idle problems.
