I dont have this problem.. but you could get a piece of window insulation or something... foam with an adheasive... and stick it between them.. shoudl keep it from rattling... it might not be the PRETTIEST way to go ... but sometimes that rattling can drive one nuts
Though now that I think about it.. maybe your motor mounts are wasted... maybe a new set of those will make you engine site better and pull it away -as
