Will they fit? Yes they will. Is that a good idea? No it's not. I've seen 275/50/15s on a 7" wheel and it does not look good nor is it efficient. 275s are rated for an 8.5" rim or wider. 9s in IMO would be best.

I'd say wait, get some 15x9s, and do it right...really.
