Well, since I have done quite allot of research on this subject, I will be able to help you. It is actually very simple.
All you have to do is drop by your local ford dealership and tell them you have a 89GT. That will give you the correct speedo top speed. Now, one problem is that you have 373 gear, I have 273, so it is a little more confusing. I would just go to the dealership and tell them you have a 89GT with 373 and tell them your tire size, they should be able to help you. Let me know!
