The guys I know are running the stock short block with GT-40 heads, a custom cam and and the holley systemax intake. These cars have no smog pump, A/c or power steering. You have to have a killer suspension set up and cut a 1.4-1.5 60ft in order to break into the 11's with the GT-40's I highly doubt you could have a streetable 302 with GT-40 heads and smog legal and still run 11's.
