Well, if you've driven on Plank Road, you see most of the surroundings are farmland and such. Don't know of anybody renting up that way, but I can't imagine that anything will be that expensive long as you're just outside the city limits of Milan. Just remember that Plank is 45mph, and cops DO cruise that stretch between Milan and Grape occasionally!
