Hey!

I've had this happen to me on my '94 4Runner on the back. The inside of the wheel freezes to the hub (drum brakes). I've had to pound the tire with a big mallet while rotating the wheel for quite a while before they would come off.

Never seize works sort of well. If nothing else, take a Roto tool or a small grinder and reduce the size of the spindle area to give yourself more clearance (not on your $ wheels). It can prevent a lot of frustration if you get a flat out on the road late at night.
