FFR, believe it or not, our other car has a toploader with a V-Gate shifter in it!!! We run 2 cars in a DOT/Muffler/Iron head class. Although we have good luck with the toploader and it's damn near bullet proof, I wouldn't trade my TKO for 3 toploaders. Not that there's anything wrong with the Toploader, its just that I'm THAT happy slammin gears on the Tremec. That and the .68 OD is the key to driving the car to the track.
Andy, nailed it on the head buddy! Thanks! Exactly what I wanted to know. I found a place that with pro shift my TKO for $100/gear and I was considering having it done. I guess I'll just "stick" to the tried and true power shift! Thanks for the help guys!!! |
