![]() come on.. he doesnt need a new shortblock wiht only 120k on it.. i bought a 87 gt with 125k on it.. and started spraying it since day one.. at 315k i sold it.. the valve covers were never off the motor. it was my daily driver for 5 years and only car for 4 of the 5.. and it ran 11's anytime u wanted to on the spray.
i now have a 94 GT with a 300 dollar short block in it and pull 7.2's in the 1/8th mile and low 11's in the 1/4.. i will be looking for 10's soon... and this is a daily driver too. full weight with all options. so even if he blows up the motor.. it's no reason to pay someone big bucks to do a simple shortblock that can handle 500 horses.. |
