![]() The term world class is used pretty loosely, but in general it refers to (IIRC) the post 89 t-5 that was in the 5.0. The main difference was that it was rated for slightly more HP and torque. Something like a 5-10 lb difference. I wanna say it was like 300lbs/tq vs 310, dont remember the hp. There are "aftermarket" forms of the t-5 too, like the t-5z which is a "heavy duty" version rated for more power. Also, (someone correct me if I'm wrong) the t-5's used in the 93 cobra had different internal gearing.
I was looking for the references to the above, but my favs are a mess, I'll keep looking. J
