Do you have a C4 tranny?

If it is a 1969 stock tranny you have 157 tooth
It looks like this


164 tooth tranny look like this
Note the different body's and how the bellhousings are attached


The bigger C4 with 164 tooth bellhousing are a stronger than the 157tooth C4

So if you will use a 351W it is wise to buy a 164tooth C4 because it's much stronger bellhousing and attachment to the tranny body.

The motormounts 302/351W is the same
