i say don't convert to the new 134A!!! it just plain sucks! the old R12 blows soo much colder. i just had the conversion done and i hate it! the only time it blows cold is when i'm on the highway. driving around down it starts losing the coolness, then at a idle it starts blowing warm. but incase u still want to do it, they use all the same lines and stuff. they purge the system and put new oil in the compressor, and new fittings.
