Well take it from me, the e-cam is alright, but not really too impressive on topend, i got walked by an 02 SS with just an air lid, but that was at the 1000ft mark he came by
02 SS e.t.:12.94 @ 109.40
Mine:12.91 @ 105.50, he was charging hard on the top, but i had him beat out of the hole......

At least port those heads if you stick a cam in there.
one thing i should have done with my gt-40 heads was mill them down for more compression, that always makes a BIG difference.

I regret not going with the tfs1 cam, good price, and some good topend i hear....

p.s, dont put any aftermarket cam in, without upgrading valve springs, heh.... talk about no topend, try some stock springs on .529 lift do it right....good luck
