Manual trans should be good for very low 14's (heard of some people dipping into 13.9's.)
Auto ~14.3-14.6. Some people will tell you that the stock Goodyears are horrible for drag racing, but I've personally cut 2.0 60ft's in my brothers '99 GT auto with the original 5 year old Goodyears.
