What EFI setup for 427 Stroker

I was looking at that myself before I went carb.
For that size cubes, it needs a large intake runner head like a Afr 225 or a TFS-R head. Volume is more important then flow numbers at that this point, due to the fact that both heads flow well over 300 cfm @.600 lift out of the box, more then enough to feed a 500 horse N/A small block. Kind of hard, but reachable with a fully ported out twisted wedge head and A L O T cheaper too!
Not to mention needing larger valves.

Then a fully ported lower intake with an Upper to match. What ever intake you get, you will need the intake manifold to flow about 15-20 percent more then the heads at the throttle body! I believe that TFS came out with a upper that has a 90 mm opening. And a 90mm throttle body. It also might be someone elses intake but you get the idea. As goes for the MAF I would get one from Pro-M.
Then a custom grind cam, because I don't believe there is going to be a big enough hyd. roller you can get, that is off the shelf.
(246-250+@.50) on the intake side with the TFS and less with the AFR head.
As goes for injecter I would say either a 30 or 36 pound injector. Dont forget that you will will need a large exhust to go with it too.(3-3.5 should be plenty. with a header in the 1 3/4 to 1 7/8)
All of the above should put you in the relm of a 6000-6300 shift point on a 10.5 to 1 on pump gas

You will also need a programable computer to tune the car in.
