I like em' all cause they're cheap....kinda like me
 I like to remove the noodles from the heat when they are aldente(sp?). Because the broth is so damn hot, the noodles will finish cooking while you wait for it to cool down. Voila! No mushy noodles! Of course you could always throw some ice cubes in the broth instead of waiting for it to cool.
