If you still have it....(even though your cats are non-air, every bit helps), get that cross over tube that goes into the back of the heads and bolt it back up. Run the smog pump directly to this. This will guarantee that the air is injected into the system very early and has lots of time to help some extra gasses burn.

If you are really paranoid, remove the EGR valve and insert a hose into the back of the port and plug off the other side so there are no leaks. Run this dump hose into your fender. Now you are dumping some emissions "over the side". Attach a second hose to the nipple on the valve cover filler neck and dump the pcv gasses into the other fender instead of back into the exhaust stream. If the exhaust h-pipe has the reciever neck for the old airtube....attach a third hose and run this to the back of the car as a "stealth" third tailpipe. Have it exit over the axle. Some hoses make a lot of puffing noises, some dont. Bend it around if it's too loud, usually quiets it down. Yet more emissions out of the picture.

You cant help but pass with all that mickey mousing! Have fun. I passed MA emissions using these stellar if slightly sketchy techniques.
