![]() Is the motor fuel injected or carbed? With fuel injection, you'll want to remove the spout connector (grey) that is right in front of the distributor...your timing should be at 10 degrees btdc with that removed. The same #s hold true for a carbed setup...but you'll be removing the vacuum advance hose (black) and then setting the timing. But you should put it on 13 or 14 for a little more performance. 20+ degrees is way too high.
