I personally would go with AFR 205's and a Trick flow or Edlebrock intake for a 362. Should haul ass even with the GT-40 intake. But you will see that the runners on the GT-40 lower are way smaller than the runner on your heads. You may even have trouble sealing off between the intake and heads becasue of the size difference. My Canfield heads are 192's and It was a bitch getting a seal between the heads and my ported GT-40 lower.
