![]() Also, in what order should my new elec. ignition be hooked up. I now have to connect three wires in place to where there were orignially only two and am not confident that I assumed correctly.

![]() OK, sounds like 2 issues here.
As to hooking up the choke, I actually ran mine to a "keyed-hot" wire in the wiper switch (iirc an orange wire, could be different per app). As long as the keys on, the choke has power. For the ignition, what exactly are you refering to, a petronix, or an entire ign system? We need more specifics to comment ![]() Hope it helps, J
