Also depends on the thickness of the paint itself. Some of those might have been a few mils thicker. Tough to tell when you spray them from a bug bomb.

Also, due to the natural tendencies of your intake manifold, some cylinders run a bit richer/leaner than others.

As long as she sounds good, and runs good, I don't think there's anything to worry about there. Get the headers Jet Hot coated, and go run her, and have some fun!
