converter stall is based on car weight and engine tq. if you want to foot brake the trans to 3000 you may need a stall of 3500 or 4000. foot brake stall is not the same. a 3000 stall converter may allow you to rev to 2000 depending on the motor. call p.a or dynamic and speak with them. they will ask you exact spec's on your car and give you the best converter.
