What is done with this car? Is it stock? Do you have a tune in it? What grade of fuel are you running? Automatic, manual? These will aid us in helping you.

Well, the car is totally stock, I use regular gas in it. the car runs perfect as long as you don't really hit the gas.It misses on a load in any gear. has a 5 speed, 215 hp.

Sounds like a coil pack problem. Change the Coil Pack, plugs and wires, then run some premium gas through it and see what happens. You may also have a blown head gasket. Do a leak down test and see what kind of compression you have.
