Under the PCV valve is a wire screen. If it cloggs, oil will get sucked into the inake through the PCV valve like a straw. Remove and clean, or buy a new one.
Not sure what a "wet" motor is. If your motor has alot of blow by, its going to suck/burn oil, no matter what you do.
