I say go with the 408W stroker, that's what I'm putting in my 66. It's costs a bit more than the 302 stroker, but I think it's well worth it. With the 351W you could stroke it up to 427, but that is not very reliable, the 408 is a good balance. Depending on how much money you want to drop into it you can make 400-550hp easy.
