![]() Thanks for responding. Unfortunately ordering a set of 1.7 rockers from Summit is not a viable option for me because:
1. Unfortunately I am back in school, out of state, and have VERY little in the way of funds. $200 is my food money that I'm borrowing anyway. 2. I have Cleveland style rocker arms laying around and acquiring used 3.8 rocker arms would cost very little. As in $10 - $20. 3. They would be going on my 255 V8 Thunderbird. I'm trying to build it out of spare and junkyard parts and $200 rocker would be half the value of the car. I can't really experiment until I go across country back to my car for winter. Thanks again for responding, though. ...There has to be a shadetree mechanic who's tried this instead of just shelling out a bunch of money.
