![]() the 5.0 swap is a simple bolt in,ur best bet would be to get a doaner car with an engine tranny and rearend.you can do the swap in a few days.the rearend in ur car now is the small one,the brakes are smaller ,radiator is smaller,the gauge cluster should be changed as well cuz the tach wont work right.the best and cheapest way is to get a doaner car every tho its a basic swap theres alot of stuff to do if u wanna do it right.if u wanted to do a cobra jet they make swap kits in summit to put bigblock in but if its not gonna be a race car dont bother with a bigblock.u can get alot of power out of a stock bottom end 302
