removed pcv screen-took 7qts oil

yes it does take 5 quarts, and you can damage your engine by using more than that

im guessing its your aftermarket dipstick, is it some cheap autozone thing? or is it a ford replacement?

replacing the PVC screen has nothing to do with how much oil the engine will hold

not to insult you, but did you remember to put a new oil filter on before you started refilling it?
