No, it's not. Well...some of it is. I had the crank from Coast sitting in my garage, and I found the 4 bolt block at a garage sale that some grandpa didn't know what he had....I bought the rods from Coast, and bearings from them too. My melling pump is from Coast, but my rings, pistons and girdle are from D.S.S. You can expect a good 60-75 hp bump if you do it right.
