				 |   Mine did that just awhile ago, and my culprit was the heat shield over the cat.  As mentioned above, just one of the welds had broke loose.  I took it to a muffler shop and the guy zapped it back on real quick. Better than the quick and easy fix, he didn't accept payment for such a simple job!
