If you just purchased the stang, wait untill the warranty expires. Trust me... an expired warranty could mean head-aches if you ever need the service. In the mean time you could get a K&N Air filter. That will permit better air flow. You could take the intake silencer out. That will add a couple of hp at no extra charge, due to the increase intake area. Some 16" or 17" tires would be nice. Goodrich tires are pretty popular these days...Good traction.

And finally, I would install a two chamber flowmaster exhaust system.
