They will fit but you need to use the 70 tie rod ends and if you are doing a disc brake conversion then you will need either 70 brake hose with adaptors to mate to your hard line or raybestos brake hose # BH38193T or BH38193 the raybestos does not reqire adaptors and the number should be able to be cross refernced at your local parts store.
