Thanks guys,
I think I'll order a set and put 'em in. I don't think I would've been willing to drill. But if the holes are already there I'll do it. My job is as a safey manager and I know I'll not hear the end of it if I show up for work without seatbelts.
Plus there's the "explain to the nice trooper that they were an option" thing.
