Math:

Part#1:
Diameter of tire (26")
times 3.1415
divided by 12 (inches/foot)
divided by 5280 (feet/mile)
Equals .0000xxx (some small number)

Part#2:
3000rpm x 60min/hour
divide by gear (like 3.73 or 3.55 or 4.10...)


Multiply part#1 times Part#2 = mph at 3000


Switch rpms, or tire diameter, or gears... and get new numbers.
