He was probably thinking the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4's. They are all wheel drive, and they have 4 wheel steering like what you described.
I don't think the 3000GT debuted until 1991 though? Anyway, I guess they are pretty similar, kinda. Both have 3.0L twin turbo V-6's, although I'd day the Nissan's is better. The 300ZX was rated at 305hp or something, the early 3000GT's were at 300hp, and the later versions had 320hp. Oh, and by the way, if you ever do come across a 300ZX that has 4 wheel steering, I suggest you fix it!  [This message has been edited by Unit 5302 (edited 02-01-2001).] |
