![]() He was probably thinking the Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4's. They are all wheel drive, and they have 4 wheel steering like what you described.
I don't think the 3000GT debuted until 1991 though? Anyway, I guess they are pretty similar, kinda. Both have 3.0L twin turbo V-6's, although I'd day the Nissan's is better. The 300ZX was rated at 305hp or something, the early 3000GT's were at 300hp, and the later versions had 320hp.
