Simple solution: block the emails and stop playing the game. Playing your favorite game is not worth being constantly harassed.
LOL @ the CD text format, hehehehe.  Mail bombs are fun, too.Only other thing I can say is to get back in touch with the game vendor and keep harassing THEM until action is taken.
