![]() It was a BFG that I had the blowout with, I think the only way you can avoid having a blowout (with 17" rims and up) is to keep a check on the tire pressure. I bought wider tires for the rear, after the blowout. I don't recommend Oshitsu tires at all. I got better traction with the bfg 245s than the 275 Oshitsu tires.
BTW, there was a screw in the tire that blew out, must have picked it up earlier that day(new years eve, blowout was around 10:30 that evening-- ruined evening). I checked the damn tires constantly after that.. ------------------ Rick My 89lx(updated 7/20/2001) Sold ![]() |
