I have a 89 it's smoke grey with titanium pearl stripes thay are 8"wide with 2"space in the middle i used fine scotchbrited on the whole car masked the stripes sprayed dupont chroma basefor the stripes then sprayed the whole car with 3 coats of dupont 7500 series clear coat. it turned out great! everybody says my car looks mean .I will send you a couple of pics
