I have heard varying reports of just how much of a shot is recommended on bone stock 4.6 GTs. I have seen folks run into major problems with as small as a 100 shot, while others run 125-150 with no problems...
You also have to factor in the amount of use, the state of the engine, whether the plugs are gapped correctly....
(All that fun stuff)
I run a dry Zex 75 shot, its as safe and easy as you're going to get. It produces a nice, steady increase in hp and torque, has driven me to a 103 mph trap speed, and if I can get some real rubber (drag radials) and a respectable 60 foot, she'll be in the 13.7-13.8s

Not bad for a "slow" first generation modular...

Just to let you know, the Zex will not work on the 99-00 engines due to its returnless fuel system. Be sure that the NX system doesn't have similiar limitations...
