My first thought was that this sounds like the wear indicator, but you replaced the pads, so that wouldn't be it. My second thought is to check for clearence of the splash guard. My brother's got bent and was rubbing against the rotor and made a squealing noise, but only when he was not braking, interestingly.

After that I would check the clearence of the brake lines, the back of the caliper, and the caliper bracket, espeically the C-clamps on the caliper pin.
