Pretty sure the bellhousing will bolt up but I don't know the specifics I've heard it mentioned a few times on some of the other boards. Input shaft I believe it too short. Personally I can't imagine why you would put such a garbage tranny as a T-5 behind the motor. I've used both for years and the T-5 is much worse.
