you might want to try this i don't know if it's available in your area, it's called greased lightning wal mart sell's it we sprayed it onmy wheel' & tire's & with out even scrubbing i just used my wash sponge all the brake dust & even the brown film that get's on your tires just rinsed rightoff , it is supposed to be clearcoat safe my wheel's are clear coated it made them shine like new , try it on a small spot that isn't visible.good luck.
