I've been running the F cam since March without problems. My cam card says that it has 109* on intake and 119* exhaust separation. 109+119=228/2=114 avg. lobe sep. Rated at 0.050" 226* duration and .512" lift.

I'm not sure but I think in the FRPP catalog it states that the cam is recommended for 5-speed manual cars, and is blower friendly.
Anyways, I would consider this cam, but don't limit your search to just Ford's lineup, Crane and Comp, just to name a couple make some great cams, and I've been hearing some good things about Trick Flow's cams.
