KB blowers respond unbelievably to opening the intake tract. Next time you get a chance, upgrade to a 75-80mm TB (Holley makes an 80mm and Accufab makes the best 75-mm) and a Anderson naturally aspirated power pipe. They have one in 4" but the 3.5" will work well to 475-500hp. The 4-inch Power Pipe will work best with the Accufab race 75-mm TB; it has a 90-mm opening that tapers to 75-mm for increased velocity and legality in NMRA and FFW classes that specify a 75-mm TB. You could pick up 1-2psi from just those two mods with no pulley change.
