Unhappy 351 casting #s

There a "C" judt below the DO0E #,so whats that mean,Good or Bad?My luck,there the ultra rare 500cc chambers!The "C" means
Change level,but that still doesn't tell what chambers they have,I guess,unless you know!Maybe "C" would mean three year change as in 73?
