Question Ford cast Iron heads casting #s

I have a set of cylinder heads with these #s;
bottom of head by push rod tubes D0oE C(casting #s?)
on top inside valve cover(date code?)1F23
D=70s,right?0=1970,right?How come the date code is for
1971?Are these the small 65cc chamber heads,or the 69cc chamber heads?
