Question Nitrous or Heads/Cam

I'm thinking of adding a few horse to my 90 LX 5.0 T5 with 120,000. Not sure which way to go. 2 options: One is putting in a 75HP shot of nitrous. The other is GT40 aluminum heads and a B303 cam. I'm thinking both would produce about same HP. But I'm concerned about the Nitrous. What damage can it cause? I don't race, its just for meeting those Bowtie boys at stop lights. So what do you guys think, any help is welcome.
