![]() Well, I think my AOD popped something major tonight. I turned around a corner and as soon as I gave it a little pedal to accelerate, I heard a POP! and instantly had no gear, like someone stole my driveshaft. After I coasted to a stop, I instantly thought, "mebbe I'm low on tranny fluid," but that checked out okay. Driveshaft is in one piece and the shift linkage is working properly. When you put it into "D", "R", or any other gear, the engine just revs when you hit the gas; no grinding or anything, though a very slight "whirring" noise is now noticeable. This is all I could find out tonight 'cause it's like 10 degrees outside, but mebbe somebody here knows what it could be. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Help me please!
