Default What cam is better for top end power

I would like some input on this. Which is better for top end E or B cam.Thanks for any help.

I believe the b is suppose to have a little more top end, and the e gives a little more low end

The E cam has a broader powerband, and it's much better for auto cars. The B cam won't make much for power below 3000rpms, but it's extra duration is supposed to make it a little more aggressive up top.

I seen a b-cammed 347 run 114 mph traps with no power adder, but with a vic jr. and carb setup, extenssive porting on the heads, but with my buddies old 302 stock ported heads ran 108 traps with the cam, sounded pretty lopey to me.
