Default Is MAF Conversion worth it?

I have an 88LX Speed density ( it currently has a 302 non-HO from a t-bird) But I am putting in a 302 HO from a 93GT,it is pretty much stock, is it worth it to convert to mass air and put bigger injectors and fuel pump, or is it a waste of money? I plan to put on a Gt40 intake and possibly roller rockers, I run 3.55 gears and haev a K&N panel filter. Other than that probably won't be doing too myuch more to it. what about putting in a cold air induction kit and leaving it speed density? Let me know what you all think!
